About Karyar
Karyar is a social nonprofit startup with the goal of training skilled software developers in underprivileged and low-income communities of Iran and connecting them to well-paying jobs in the technology sector.
Our mission is to address income inequality and socioeconomic gap, both of which are the direct consequences of lack of skills and unemployment. We believe that every person has the right to a high-quality life of life, and economic empowerment is one of the most important pillars To improve self-esteem and quality of life.
Karyar History
The emergence of COVID-19 negatively impacted the economy and businesses all around the world and across different sectors. Simultaneously, however, this has created a huge opportunity for online learning and remote working. Over the past 8 months, all the university classes were held online, and many prominent tech companies had their employees work remotely. This change inspired us to seize this opportunity and provide education and work for the houses of underprivileged people all over the country.
Our services focus on the youth In the underprivileged areas of the country or vulnerable groups, between 16 and 30 years of age.
Our Vision
Our vision is to gradually expand all over Iran and enable remote and Low-income communities to take on freelance projects, remote work, or get outsourced projects from anywhere in the world, Low-income and inspire entrepreneurship.
We engage our target community by outreaching nonprofit organizations who are working in underprivileged areas of the country or serving vulnerable groups. In particular, NGOs which provide financial support for students to keep them in school are Karyar’s main partners.

Support of Karyar Means supporting passionate and talented young people who face barriers to learning and working due to due to various reasons, including geographical limitations or lack of equal opportunities (unavailability of facilities or resources). At Karyar, we believe that all people, from any Part of the world, have the right to acquire the necessary skills and acquire business. We strongly believe that providing equal access to vocational education to more young people in Iran lets us feel the impact on the quality of our lives and on those around us which in turn, leads to development in its’ true sense.
